Hasmeeta did well. I am so happy for her and her hubby. There truly is someone out there for everyone. Never give up people.

Hasmeetas is one of the only few girl in this video who has a nice heart, great personality, and realistic priorities.

I am so happy for Hasmita! That took a lot of guts to go see him and he lived so far but I think it is amazing that he knew her Aunt that is a good sign. He seems so sweet and I think its awesome she waited for the right man. A good word of advice to all women. It is never too late to get married! I don't care if your 40 years old, there is nothing wrong with that so stop counting down the clock. Think about it this way, the more grounded you are in your career the more money you will make and be able to save for the future. If you get along with your parents then don't move out until your married. There is no reason to be spending all that money when you could be owning your own home by the time you get married. Do not sit on your butt doing nothing, you need to meet people but you really do not have to date anyone unless you feel something strong with them. Never settle for less then the best and what you truly want in a partner.

For the sounds of it, I think Hasmita literally found her soulmate or twin flame. It was so nice to hear her describe their time together. I am really happy for them!

This was the best episode of the series (for me). My husband and I also 'dated' on Skype before meeting and getting married within months. I was 36 and he was 49 so we had also waited a long time for the right match. Now we've been married for over 5 years and we feel we are each others soulmate and one and only. This episode brought back so many memories

i met my husband online. neither of us were looking. we were just both part of the anime fandom. we were online for a year and a half before he flew to the uk from brazil to spend a month with me. we were 8 years long distance before we finally got married. and we've been married and living together for 9 months now. :)

Gosh I love how Depeche knew Hasmita for like two seconds and person and says, yeah lets get married! Now that is commitment! This is a good sign of someone who is ready to be married, no games and they will not string you along. The wedding was very beautiful, I really love their culture they are so sweet and I love what they wear at their wedding, so beautiful! Ha-ha I laughed about the whole village being invited! 1500 omg, that's a lot ha ha.

I'm not into anything hindi, but it was plain to see hasmita & Depeche would hit it off well. She had "eyes" for him from the beginning & he was shy, reserved & "safe" enough for her. They both were humble in demeanor and expectations it seems and as such, they conjoined whereas the (contrasting/critical) others did not. No wonder is it?

wow the date at the end with Amardeep was terrible. She was quite horrible. Sure he has a boyish charm -- which I dont mind, but some women would - but he wasn't rude or mean to her - she was horrible and in a mood right from the start. Geez...you'll stay single that way! Loved the story with Hasmita, so sweet.

I wonder why does that auntie think that if you are beautiful and not married, it's wasting your life...one can be beautiful and single there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Why the need to be tied down to someone, to make your life valuable?

At least you are 50 and not with the wrong person. Find love in yourself first. I have a boyfriend but we are too broke to get married and have children at this moment. We are also in school. It just may not happen for us because I refuse to have children unless I am financially set and secure. My situation does make me a bit sad but it would be worse to be poor and unable to care for a child when I could give them the "world". And life is not only about marriage and children.

I'm thoroughly enjoying watching this one, I just watched the Muslim episode which was lovely though had a bit more of a 'strict' vibe to it. I know there is such a stigma around arranged marriages because of some bad experiences highlighted in the press but this goes to show that it can work as long as the right people are involved and have full support of loving families and there is love. from watching this as well as the Muslim episode, I get a complete family oriented impression which is so wonderful to see especially in Britain where as we all can easily see for ourselves, a lot of young men and women have no respect for themselves let alone others and the institute of marriage. I'm a white British female, of no particular religion (though christened am still searching for the right one for me), me and my sister were raised very strict (brother seemed to have no reigns?!) and when I met my future partner I had to introduce him to my parents and ask for their approval, my grandparents were the same with my mother and I will be just the same with my children. I think us Brits should take more influence from other cultures because clearly British culture is going to pits unless the newer generations are different

After watching this documentary there’s no doubt that people find hard to meet potential partners. There is a huge checklist that is impossible to tick off all the boxes. The girl at 13.45 said its a huge turn off that the boy doesn’t speak English properly and yet wants someone from her mum’s village. May I point out with all due respect that your mum struggles with English too and yet she is an an integral part of your life. Stop judging people so quickly. Its a very faulty way of thinking.

Everyone is not ready for marriage just because of tradition. Trust they will just hurt each other with the baggage and immaturity they bring into a marriage.
