dbvixxen That's nothing. He also spoke about Jeremy a great deal on both Twitter and Periscope, saying that Jeremy represents what the show is really all about -- an untrained celeb who is learning how to dance to the best of his ability. He even said that he found watching someone like Jeremy who is not technically perfect but who gives it his all and shows improvement every week to be more entertaining than a trained dancer who is technically perfect but boring as hell to watch. In fact, he said that if he wanted to watch professional-level perfect dancing every week, he'd watch actual professional competitions!

Lee Cox Funny how he never had a problem with it when he had the trained dancers. Honestly, James just needs to get a job and stop spending all his time bitching and moaning about Strictly. I like Jeremy, too, but there's no need for these little backhanded attacks on other celebs while praising him.

+Lee Cox I don't know what he's on about - I loved this dance and I think this competition is about who is the best dancer, not the best entertainer. Jeremy entertained well, but wasn't the best dancer.

Remember when the group dances centred on ten dance and the VTs centred on actual training weeks? Those were the days...

I thought this dance was really good !! It was fun and upbeat and the choreography seemed quite intricate - especially when the poles and plates were involved - However I don't really understand what on earth Antons doing - I just saw him popping up and doing some weird striding across the upper stage !!! But it's Anton, he can get away with it ! ☺️

I dont understand why they had anton or brendan in the group dance if they wernt doingg anything. Anton was just walking around the top part of the stage and brendan barely did anything, they are really good dancers but are being pushed aside and not even dancing to let the younger ones get a look in, them just being there made it awkward to watch, they had two other girls as well why not give them a dance together instead of doing nothing at all

+XXstilletoXX I noticed that too. But he was there at the rehearsals, I'm sure I've seen him in one of the clips. Any idea why he was not in the dance on the show? I hope he's not injured or anything! :-((((( He's my favourite pro by far!

+02mag02 No idea, but it happens all the time in these group dances. I always notice they are missing 1-3 pros or occasionally someone stands in. Such a shame, Tristan would have smashed this!

+XXstilletoXX I don't know if anybody still cares, but I've just read an interview with Tristan and there he explains why he wasn't there: "I tweaked my shoulder and neck on Week 1 so it was a precaution to come out of the group dance as I was afraid I might aggravate it before our dance with the few lifts in the Charleston. Neil was there and wanted to get involved anyway so I think it was good to see him in there but I’ll be back next week for sure."

You serious?! Aliona has rarely been the front woman I could watch her dance a routine on her own she's heads and shoulders above the rest in terms of proper technique and not over doing it! Karen and her buddy are always in your face have you seen that movie special pro dance it featured Janette and Alhambra and Karen and Kevin featured in the sugar pie honey bun pro dance or was I dreaming seeing their faces as the stars! If anything I wish they would stop and give others a chance seems as if both Janette and Karen along with their husbands/boyfriend are the producers favourites can't believe you'd say it's another Aliona show why would you even complain she's stunning rather see her than anyone else tbh.
