I’m a 1 on flexibility and I think that’s being generous.. I need to improve it so I’m gonna do this at least every other day!
I remember freshman year I used to follow a stretch routine after I got home from riding the bus for 2 .5 hours (bc I went to a preforming art magnet high school that picked up kids from different zones ) anywaysss I would always do a stretch routine bc I was so tense from riding bus for so long anywassss haven’t really stretched much since Imoved back to nyc fast forward senior year of high school (now) and holy f I did this stretch routine for the first time and I felt so calm and never have I ever felt this good after stretching and during , I don’t know why but the poses you picked felt so nice and relaxing in a sense compared to the old other KZreadrs videos I followed , very therapeutic and well curated I put the video in slow mo x .25 for a total of 34 mins and wowwww so good will be Incorporating this routine into my life really inspires me to get back into stretching it feels so nice Especially since I had a spinal fusion due to scoliosis when I was 13 so I’ve always had a tense back and must I say this really helps me so thank you so much and I know it will do wonders for my pain as well . Really appreciate this video!
Hello!! I watch this video like everyday and just wanted to say thanks for this. You should totally make a longer version cos I love doing these stretches and it’s nice to have something to follow along (: I’d say from 1-10 on flexibility I started as a 3, I’m currently maybe a 5 and strive to be at an 8 within the next few weeks
I'm like a 9 on flexibility, used to be a 10 and trying to get back there! I was the captain of my high school cheerleading team for 2 years and I have an extensive dance/drill background. The good ole days lol

Im like a solid 3, used to play varsity basketball, i dance, have been working out since august.
I’m probably a 2 lmao. I never really exercised on my own without having others with me I just never had the will to actually be up to it! I’ve been doing it for 3 days now and I feel good 😬

omg!!
loved this!! i’m around a 3-4 maybe. i sprained my right knee almost a year ago and i can tell my right side isn’t as flexible!! def gonna start doing this everyday :)

I would say I am a -4 in my hamstrings and hips but maybe a 3 everywhere else! Thanks for this video! I plan on doing it every morning
I'm definitely like a 2 or 3 right now but hopefully doing this stretch everyday will help improve that!

Definitely a 0 on flexibility...even when I was in gymnastics and stretching for 30 min a day I still couldn’t do my splits 😂
