    নিজের চোখ দিয়ে নিজের মুখ দেখা যায়না। আয়না লাগে। তেমনি মানসিক সমস্যা ও তার সমাধান বুঝতে একজন বিশেষজ্ঞের পরামর্শ লাগেই। ভিডিও দেখে সচেতন হওয়া যায়। সমাধান সাধারণত হয় না।

    শুরুর দিকে 10-15 মিনিট। কয়েক সপ্তাহে অভ্যস্ত হয়ে গেলে 5 মিনিটেই মন শান্ত হয়ে যায়।

    Sir আমি প্রচন্ড পেনিক এটাক এ ভুগছি ।প্রচুর টেনশন অটোমেটিক ভাবে মাথায় আসে। মনে হয় মাথা ফেটে যাবে প্রচুর পরিমাণে ব্যাথা হয়। রাতে ঘুম হয় না
