    Yes, get a new dog! My dog forces me to get up and get going even when I don't want to. I have a cat too and he is a great stress reliever. What helps me with stress is getting out, going for a walk, and exercise. I love that your videos are positive and that you share good news, hopeful info and studies, and tips with us MSers.

    Yes! I have a precious dog I love dearly. He helps my stress and helps me to move more because he needs theo go out, etc

    I have a retired greyhound and strongly recommend one. Fun when they get soomies and sleep the rest of the time chill like a big cat without cat allergies.
