It's diagnosed by very important test known as (California masititis test or CMT) which used to determine somatic cell count in milk and Neutrophils)

They are highly contagious and can spread from person to person through respiratory droplets when an infected individual coughs, sneezes, or even talks. 2. Attachment to Tonsil Tissue: Once inside the body, the bacteria can attach themselves to the surface of the tonsils, which have numerous crevices and crypts that can harbor bacteria. 3. Immune Response: The body's immune system recognizes the presence of these bacteria and responds by activating the immune response. Immune cells, particularly white blood cells, try to fight off the infection. 4. Inflammation: As the immune system fights the bacteria, inflammation occurs in the tonsils. Is there any cure/ treatment available to get rid of this ?

I'm currently struggling with this. Is it normal for my ears to hurt and my saliva to become so thick that I can't swallow it?
