    LOVE this. Your instruction is wonderful. I'm 58 and have been an ultra runner for years and just made the transition to Taekwondo with my wife and daughter. Muay Thai and BJJ are next. As you can imagine, my hip flexors are weak and mobility is a issue...it will take time and diligence.
