Yesterday I overcame a fear of rollercoasters. I just forced myself to get on thinking 'God will not let me down'. Because if the Almighty, the Most High says He will protect us, how much can we really doubt Him? Once you're strapped in, it's up to God - like on a rollercoaster since you can't really get off after that. So really, we just need to have the smallest faith and self-discipline to 'get on the ride' or step into that place of your fear. All you have to do is believe - it's not much to do if you think about it! Overcoming fear is just a leap - in fact, a step - of faith, God will not let you down. After the ride was over, I felt so good I wanted to do it again. Praise God!

I will pray for you. Just ask God to increase your faith. Fast and pray and meditate on the word of God. Just know that our Father loves us and He is waiting for you to seek him with your whole heart. He hears our prayers, He loves us so much.

The purpose of the title is to make sound Christian meditation for sleep discoverable in general sleep meditation searches in the same spirit of Acts 17:23 when the 1 true living God was presented in the cultural terms of that day.

I love these but they don’t help me to fall asleep. I wish there were some with thunderstorms without subtle voices
