Appreciate it!
Chad, could you do interview with Dr Stuart McGill? Based on your knowledge I think you would asked him great questions when it comes to back and lifting. You could do Skype interview Thanks for putting amazing content for years!
Great video! 🙏🏾🙌🏾
Professor Barral did a seminar at my BJJ school earlier this year. But I had to miss it because I was working that weekend :-(
Awesome video ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Professor ❤️🙌🏻
Great video! Would dynamic effort bench press yield a similar training effect as the explosive push-ups?

Similar yes but explosive pushups have no deceleration which even benching with bands will still have.
Everday porrada!!!!
Do you have any programs for young teens doing wrestling?
Hey Chad, I noticed him bridging during his presses. Do you recommend bjj athletes do this for a bit more sport specificity rather than traditional benching? Thank you 🙏🏼

I always have them bench with hip drive but Romulo will keep his hips up because it makes the angle of the press more comfortable for his shoulder, which he has had significant injuries too previously.
For bjj I’ve heard people say different things on terms on how heavy to go. What is your take for specifically for performance. Heavy weight low reps or lighter weight more reps?

Chad, don't you think a floor press would work better for bjj training?

Thats a fine exercise to use. Differences in movement like that don't really make much of a difference: kzread.info/dash/bejne/c4d-rq-rmqanlco.html
