Gosh, how strong you are to be doing it. I got so exhausted... Just by watching it throughout my breakfast🥹

Sick! Been hoping you'd making a climbing routine at some point. I'll work this into my rotation, especially when I'm working out outdoors. I like your routines, where you pair two exercises together, instead of rest times between sets. Makes for a nice dynamic exercise on the go or at home.

Going to try this routine tonight! Thanks for sharing, I find it so much easier to work out when I don't have to think about what to do!

Any chance you'll add an elbow/shoulder bulletproofing video to go along with this? Like your bulletproof ankles?

What if I split the rutine in 5 min of exercise per day, and I do daily? There is any improvement?

Yeah mate. I’m quite sure there will be improvement 😎 maybe keep it to just 4-5 days a week as a maximum.

So, I haven't been able to work on upper body strength due to my should always popping out of socket. Any tips on how to gently strengthen the muscles without losing the shoulders?

Resistance bands are your best friend there, also, you gotta see an expert in person.
