Strength Drills to Float Forward from Downdog

In this yoga transition tutorial, Jean teaches you how to work toward floating from downward dog to forward fold with yoga drills to build strength and balance. With time, these strength drills will help you build the upper body strength you need to float forward from downward.     Thank you! I can float because I simply am flexabme in the hamstrings and my forward fold is deep. However, I cannot get my hips up enough to tuck into a handstand.

    Can't do against wall ( hard surface ), might break your head , need a partner
