Streets of Rage is pretty badass even on the Game Gear! It does seem to be a bit tougher, and you can't hit the enemies while grappling, but other than that it's just slimmed down. That fat fire breathing boss and Mr. X are just as annoying as they ever were, though. The key is to keep either the pipe or dagger with you as long as possible. The amount of time you'll same is immense. Even Mr. X can't compete with that pipe.
