How do I get to heaven? Will my good deeds be measured against my bad deeds? Do I need to be a good person to go to heaven? How do I know if I'm good enough? Well the bible says no man is good, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. So how do we get to heaven? Answer: By believing on Jesus Christ who took the punishment for our sin on the cross. There are no amount of good works we can do to achieve salvation because salvation is a free gift of God. We need to humble ourselves, realize we are sinners and that we need a savior. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave his only son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

If you guys don't know how takoyaki flipping works, here is some process: 1: The batter on upper parts of the takoyaki is semi-cooked, therefore has some gooey charateristics. 2: You take a stick and poke on the edge part of the takoyaki. 3: Move a stick quick enough for gooey part of the batter is pulled on top like a blanket. 4: A stick is also used to spin the takoyaki while covering exposed part to face the grill. 5: As the under-cooked part of takoyaki is placed on the bottom, the semi-cooked (gooey) part of the batter solidifies 6: The solidified part will become like other parts of takoyaki and make it into a ball shape. Did you guys get it? If not, sorry about me trying to explain how things work as many things happen at once when making takoyaki. A tip for takoyaki flipping is timing. You just need to know when bottom part is cooked enough to retain shape even when flipped.

Takoyaki tastes a bit like a very savory, very moist biscuit with a crispy exterior and a gooey inside. The little bit of octopus inside is chewy and the flavor kind of just blends with the rest. The real star of takoyaki is the sauce and toppings. The flavor of the toppings tends to dominate the takoyaki. My favorite is a sriracha mayo with bonito flakes but there are many different types of toppings. Takoyaki is best eaten hot. When it gets cold it loses a lot of charm. Both the texture and flavor change if it isn't hot. I've never reheated takoyaki but I can't imagine it would be as good as when its fresh. If you buy some, plan to eat it immediately. Usually the vendor will include a toothpick to serve the takoyaki with so you don't have to grab it with your fingers or get chopsticks.

Picked up Takoyaki last week in Osaka straight off the grill. I was waiting for them to cool down. My boyfriend wouldn't have it and stuck a whole one in his mouth! The cook grabbed him, shouting in Japanese, pulled him to the sink behind him and pushed my boyfriend's head under the tap. Boyfriend was so pissed I didn't warn him of the molten lava inside 🙄 they were delicious, though.
