Nash should've beaten Bison here, and Necalli should've been the final boss for Ryu

Nash did beat Bison, but Rashid couldn't stop the Black Moons on time - Bison got another amp by them and then became too powerful for Nash. Then Nash sacrificed himself to soften up Bison enough for Ryu to stop him.

Owy's Gaming It's not back, Nash just couldn't absorb it fully, but you can see Bison's aura after Nash's sacrifice is much smaller than even when only one Black Moon was active, and Chun-Li was about to say that Bison's Psycho Power was weakened.

Maybe he Thanos-ed himself into Marvel. He is acquainted with the X-Men (and Marvel Super Heroes kinda-ish).

Think of it like this, Nash technically did best Bison. If it wasn’t for those moons Charlie would have delivered the final blow.

Yeah, because Nash wasn't imbued with the power of Gill. The moons are not the source of Bison's power, merely mirrors to reflect the evil in the world back to him.

For those who didn’t understand this nash sacrified himself to weaken bison enough for ryu to finally destroy him. As you can see after the explosion bison’s aura is MUCH smaller than before. One last thing: necalli couldn’t be the final boss for ryu because ryu had already beaten him in the story so.... yeah.

@@raycom201 Guile was after Bison only to take revenge. He met his friend one last time, so there was no need to take revenge (as his friend wasn't "dead" as he originally thought). And Nash chose to sacrifice himself here, so Guile respected his choice.

Charlie Nash deaths: Street fighter 3 (I think against bison until chopper kills him) Here he does only to present ryu for bs reason. Krillin Cymbal in db Freiza in namek Dies to Androids Is petrified by dabura Is killed by super Buu. Charlie only died twice

Weren't Chun-Li and Charlie a thing? I once read that they even had to role-play as husband and wife for a mission. All Nash does to her here is coldly shove her away and ignore her. I think Chun-Li's reactions to both discovering that Charlie came back to life, and seeing him sacrifice himself were kind of downplayed, and ignored whatever chemistry they might have had in the past. All she does in relation to Nash is making faces like D:

I think Charlie is more married to the job than anything. Their relationship is more professional. The time where they posed as husband and wife is merely for undercover, no different than what real undercover police do today. Nothing special about it. Charlie LOVED serving in the military and devoted to justice. But when he was betrayed by his own men (because Bison bribed them), and then got revived, revenge was all he could think about now. He's obsessed in getting his vengeance, no matter what. In short, he's gone full Sasuke Uchiha (before Sasuke changed). In fact, one of his win quotes against Chun-li when beating her is "Get in my way again and I'll kill you where you stand". Capcom is more in tune to the idea of pairing Chun-li up with Ryu (since they always appear together in crossovers and in one official comic, they were a thing), and even though Capcom stated that they're just friends, they also put them together AGAIN for the 1000th time in a POCKY merchandise. If you don't know, POCKY is heavily-associated with couples in Japan.

There's no need for these details, it's established Bison survived Ryu's Mu no Ken Hadoken, though his body got destroyed (check Ed's Character Story, Phantom Bison (Bison's spirit) appears to possess Ed).

Guile kept those shades on though lmao

It's crazy how they bounce the storyline and numbers of these games around. SF5 storywise is actually SF3 because this took place before SF3(That's why Gill is the final boss in that game because Ryu destroyed Bison in the end of SF5 story). Therefore SF4 storywise is SF 2 and 1/2 and SF Alpha is actually SF2 storywise (the introduction of Bison and Shadaloo).
