I don't play Gief often, but when I do it's almost only to whiff punish buttons with SPD. Definitly a good tip to hustle back and forth to keep the spd locked and loaded for quick inputs. Too many grapple players don't consider the many situations a command grab can be relevant.

I agree, good range spds can be applied in many more scenarios than just whiffpunishment. Anti airing neutral jumps or back jumps in the corner for example. Fun tool!
