I Know evil ryu is a what if but hear me out the thing that many people still don't realize is that in terms of story if you think about it, evil ryu(in the games) is basically a (LIKE)younger akuma(in allegorical/metaphorical sense)Evil ryu's ending in alpha 3 basically depicts to us how akuma became the character we know him as currently,you can even notice the parallels to evil ryu and akuma in the alpha series. Throughout the alpha series akuma is been hellbent on this quest to fight stronger opponents and in his alpha 2 story ending and some of his win quotes,akuma is hoping that someday someone will kill and defeat him,implying that he wants to die,in evil ryu's ending in alpha 3,after he kills shin akuma,he ends up becoming the supreme master of the fist(a title akuma himself still holds in every sf game today), he defeats basically every character in the game and his last line before his ending closes out is where...? Where can I find the one who can defeat him,which means ryu now as akuma eventually takes on the same pain and misery that gouki once went through,continuing the cycle. I honestly wish capcom games could've made a storyline in the games,where evil ryu and ken represent young versions of akuma/gouki and Gouken,like they could show us akuma and gouken's past through ryu and ken....metaphorically...imagine Ken mastering the power of nothingness

I remember one time when I was *Teen* with a *Good Friend* back in *Highschool* (Miss that kid) Everytime I got out of School, when *Street Fighter 3rd Strike* was Out. I remember running into *Akuma* and he was just the *Main Antagonist* in the *Series* he was Far more *Deadlier* than *Gill* (The Final Boss) of the *Game* and to *Not* just state it. *Capcom* proved it to You that *Akuma* was the *Toughest* by Beating the *Living* Shit out of You. because No *Lie* it took Me and My Highschool Friend like over 50 Tries turn by turn after 50 Quarters to beat this *Guy* and My Friend Beat him. So I guess he's the True *Goki*

The scariest part is when ryu stops holding back.

I was laughing seeing how ignorant Viper was being. What do you expect, that somehow you'll beat him in that form? I was laughing out loud when she said "He'll kill me". Do your homework before you stand face to face with a demonic power. Only people with similar power level is Akuma, Bison and Gouken. And Viper doesn't even hold a candle to any one of them. She thought she was stronger then Ryu when actually, it was Ryu who was hold all of his strength back. Stupid Viper.

Nah it’s 100%, that’s why he can’t beat akuma, at this stage he can’t control it like akuma does. The evil ryu thing comes about when he absorbed the satsui no Hado from Sakura so ryu’s power became double (200%) that’s why it’s so strong. At least all this according to udon comics, they’re not canon but they were co-signed by capcom so they’re worth something

Normal Ryu vs. Ken is pretty evenly matched. But Berserk Ryu is on another level , this guy is almost like his Father (Akuma) in the form. lol
