Ever since I was a little kid my best friend has always been this guy named Felix. I can’t believe I’m turning 19 now, and all that time he’s been with me. My close friend group also consists of Seungmin, I haven’t known him for too long but we met through Felix and have been friends ever since. Anyways, my birthday party is tomorrow. I still haven’t figured out what I’m doing yet but me and Felix’s roommate is helping me. “Heeeey” Hyunjin yelled. I was helping make brownies for the party with Felix. “Heeeey Abbyyyyy” I turned around to see Hyunjin with a list. He informed me the time of the party and the place, aka our apartment. Later that day Seungmin came to our apartment with boxes full of decorations. My phone buzzed as I answered a call, “Hey what’s up?” I heard Chans voice. “We’re just getting ready for the party why’d you call?”. “I’m just making some appetizers and shi-stuff” I laughed and we chatted for like 5 minutes before he hung up. I walked back to my bedroom to grab a hair tie when I saw Hyunjin on his hands and knees rummaging through my closet. My clothes were scattered everywhere, let me tell you I had never been more thankful that I put my undergarments in my dresser. I saw my dresses and cargo jeans and tank tops everywhere. “What are you doing?” I crossed my arms and glared at the mess he had made. He pulled out a matching set, a tight black skirt and black tank. (Kinda like #8). “Well we had to figure out what you were gonna wear tomorrow and” he looked me up and down “we all know who has the better style” he joked. “We have like the same sty-“ he handed me the two piece and started to clean up the mess he had made. I rolled my eyes, grabbed what I needed and went to take the brownies out of the oven. It was getting late so I decided to go to bed since I had a big day ahead. I woke up to the smell of pancakes. Felix put the last one of the batch on a plate as Hyunjin had eaten ALL the others. I rolled my eyes as Hyunjin looked at me, “Are you gonna eat that?” . “Uh yeah?” I said. “Hmmm, how about we split it?”. I sighed and shoved him my plate, he grinned and ate it in two seconds flat. At around lunch time, Chan arrived. “I brought movies, food and-“ . I snatched one of the crackers and cheese oof the platter of food he brought. Jisung stumbled through the doorway, already drunk. I looked at the clock “C’mon! It’s only noon!” It was almost dinner as I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door “uh who are you?” I asked. “Chans friend” he pushed past me. “Ayy Minho, why’d you come?” . “Bored”. He sat down and reached for a brownie. Felix slapped his hand, “no, not yet”. I sat down on my couch, people weren’t supposed to come for another 10-WAIT. I looked at my phone to see it was already 6:30. Friends poured through the door. Jeongin arrived first. Yeji and Momo sat on the couch with me, Lisa Jennie Rose as well as Jisoo brought desserts as they turned on the tv. I sat on the couch laughing with Seungmin. I looked up from the movie on the tv to see Hyunjin smiling his sweet, goofy smile while looking at me. I looked at him and raised an eyebrow. His face turned bright red as he looked away and talked with Felix in the kitchen. I saw Minho snarfing down the burgers Chan had made. Changbin looked at him “Did you come just for the food?”. Minho nodded “and cause I was bored”. I was chilling on the couch looking out the window at the big city of Seoul. The night sky, bright lights from apartments. Speaking of, through a curtain I saw the shadow of a girl and guy. They were dancing together, he spun her around and around. My mind drifted off and I saw myself as that girl, dancing with Hyunjin. Chan scampered over to me “I’m sorry” he repeatedly said. “What?” I looked at him, concerned. “I forgot to get you a present”. “Aww” I said “it’s ok I don’t need one, I don’t need any from anybody but I still have plenty” I pointed to the mountain of presents in the corner. He smiled and walked off knowing it was fine. Changbin walked over to me “Are your shoes tied? I don’t want you falling for anyone else”. I rolled my eyes yet looked down at my black heels. “Got you” he smirked. I laughed and we chatted for a bit. He was rather flirty with me the rest of the night though. Changbin dug something out from his bag he had brought. He pulled out absolute loads of alcohol, from tequila to fireball. Felix yelled as he saw it “SOMEONE JUST TURNED 19!”. Felix ran over and handed me a shit glass of tequila. I was excited and nervous, “uh how about cake first”. Changbin brought out the cake he had baked with Chan. I sat eating the cake talking to Hyunjin. I looked to my right to see MINHO staring at ME. I told Hyunjin and he laughed. I laughed too and dropped my cake right on my dress. Hyunjin and I went to my room and he helped me clean it off. I walked back out just to be pulled into Felix and Hyunjin’s room by Jisung. “Uh, what was that for?”. He looked at me “ I uh”. “Hey eyes up here” I glared and uncrossed my arms. “I uhm” he stuttered “really uh, like you?” I didn’t know what to say until I looked at his face closer. He was drunkly smiling and couldn’t stand up straight. I helped him out into the living room where I was going to open gifts. I opened Jisungs to see a blue pastel quilted Chanel handbag, my eyes widened “this is worth 12 grand-“ Seungmin shoved a gift bag in my face. I scrunched my nose and opened the gift, I pulled out a gorgeous diamonds necklace and perfume. “Told you mine was better” Seungmin glared at Jisung. They got into a fight and we had to separate them. Pt 2 ⬇

A few hours later, after we played beer pong and finished gifts, near everyone had left. Just me ,Felix, Chan, Seungmin, Changbin and Hyunjin were still there. I mean I lived with Hyunjin and Felix so it wasn’t like they were leaving but you know. We turned off the lights as I took off my heels. We all curled up on the couch and started the movie. I don’t know when or how but at one point I started cuddling with Hyunjin while we watched the movie. The movie ended and the tv screen turned black so we couldn’t see anything. Chan walked around looking for the remote. I felt soft lips on top of mine. My eyes widened as I squinted to see who it was before Felix turned on a light and Chan found the remote. As soon as I could see, the kiss was over, yet Hyunjin was smiling next to me. My face was red. “Why are you blushing so hard Abigail?” Felix looked at me. I ignored the question “Do you guys wanna play monopoly?”. Seungmin jumped up “me and Hyunjin are partners!”. Changbin raised his hand “I call Chan!”. I slumped in my chair “guuuuys”. Felix was suddenly concerned why I didn’t want to be his partner since I was his best friend and he was my bestie. “But Felix always loses” I laughed. Everyone burst out laughing accept for Felix, who looked pretty pissed. Me and Felix joked before we all played monopoly. Let’s just say me and Felix lost. We weren’t sure what to do so I called a few of my friends over to play truth or dare with us. A few minutes later Yeji, Jennie and Hanni arrived. We all sat in a circle in my living room. Yeji began “Chan told me you guys lost in monopoly” she pointed to me and Felix. Felix nodded and I rolled my eyes. “So you know what that means, you two go first”. Chan looked at Felix “Truth or dare?”, “Truth”. “Hmm, do you actually like ducks?”. Felix responded with “Obviously”. “Alright next!” Hanni yelled, “Abby, truth or dare?”. Hmm, “Dare”. Jennie whispered into Hanni’s ear, “ok ok” Hanni mumbled. “I dare you to kiss Hyunjin”. My eyes widened and so did everyone else’s. See the truth is, I would gladly kiss him, but not in front of everyone. “No way-“ I said “You have to~” Yeji laughed. “Fine…but this means nothing”. I kissed Hyunjin and we got maybe a bit tooooo into it… “That’s enough” Chan laughed. We were all tired, the fact it was 2 am made sense for our lack of energy. Changbin played a playlist Minho had originally made for the party. I wanted to take a walk but I didn’t want to go alone since it was so late, Changbin offered to go with me so we both took a walk. My phone rang as we were in the elevator up to my apartment. I answered. “Uh hey Abby, just wanted to call and say goodnight” Jisung said sleepily. I raised my eyebrow, “uh, goodnight?”. He fell asleep before he could even hang up so I hung up for him. When we got into my apartment everyone was basically blacked out. Changbin woke up Chan and they headed back to their house, as well as driving Yeji, Hanni and Jennie home. I climbed into my bed. I was just about asleep when my door opened. Felix climbed into my bed. “What are you-“. “Seungmin stole my bed” he mumbled. I was just about to tell him that he could sleep on the couch, but he was already fast asleep. When I woke up I saw Minho next to me, and Felix was gone. I shook Minho up. “5 more mi..hours” he tugged the blanket over his head. This bish-“Get up…now” I said. Minho sat up “Where am I?”. “My apartment and MY bed” Minho got embarrassed at the fact he had stumbled into my apartment last night, thinking it was his. “Did Changbin let you in?” I asked. Minho shrugged got up and walked away. I got out of bed and threw on a t-shirt and pj pants, since I had fallen asleep in my dress. I walked into the kitchen, yawning. Felix handed me some toast with avocado and honey, and some fresh fruit and also 2 bottles of water. “This will help with your hangover” Felix smiled. “Hangover-“ I didn’t realize until he mentioned it, but I had the worst headache of my life at the moment. He handed my an ibuprofen as well. “Drink ALL of your water” I nodded slowly and sat on the couch. Seungmin ended up staying the rest of the day. That night however, I couldn’t get the thought, no, the person out of my head. Hyunjin.

But in the next day, Hyunjin stayed with me for the day. And my teammate on monopoly was hyunjin too. And while watch the movies too❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
