So many things from the past in this. -The posters on the walls of their fanmeets & tours. -I.N touching the mirror like in Mirror. -The Hellevator elevator. -The plaza from Miroh. -The compass (or a form of it) from many older mvs. (Mixtape #4, Double Knot, Side Effects, Levanter, to name a few) -Hyunjin taking photos like Seungmin was in Side Effects & All In. -Changbin standing in smoke & light (alone) like Han in Lonely St. -The top of the elevator from Hellevator, but instead of the lavender fields they run through the bare concrete of District 9. -Picking up the key from Double Knot, but turning it in the elevator panel like in the Yellow Wood trailer. -Them in a theater like in SKZFLIX. -The blue blindfold & blue wings from Blueprint. (Possibly alluding to Spread My Wings/Young Wings as well) -The grey bus is from District 9, but the seats inside are from Grow Up. -Running through a tunnel like in My Pace -Felix & Hyunjin's hair close to what it was in Thunderous & Seungmin having the short hair of Hellevator. There is so much in this, it's hard.......I'm not ready.

@@STAY_flashy143 In Side Effects, it was attached to Chan's belt. We didn't see it actively used, but it was there. In Levanter it was the strange floating round compass that Felix held. So this one was a rounded glass version that combined the traditional one that was broken in Double Knot & the multi-dimensional one Felix used in Levanter.

I think the reason it's hitting emotionally is because they were the underdogs who refused to conform to the expect. They forged their own path and succeeded against all odds. They are amazing artists and great human beings. We are very proud of their accomplishments and everyone loves an underdog story that triumphs in the end.

hellevator, district 9, miroh, mirror, double knot, side effects, blueprint, levanter, maybe even megaverse, broken compass and probably others too.. this is gonna be HUGE for the lore. such an amazing, emotional song. „there aint no last STEP OUT..“ this line means a lot to us stay because we’ve always been afraid of their last „STEP OUT“ but they clearly don’t ever wanna stop and it’s comforting. this album is gonna be AMAZING also little side info- we all thought the album is gonna be named with some type of STAR, bc of the star series (5-star & rock-star) but its called ATE. well if you mirror it, it looks like „star“ with an interesting font.. very clever.

I got super emotional, too! And this was just the unveil teaser. I expect the full version will be even more emotional. I just...I love it so much. Such a callback to everything they've done, and such a promise for the future. "There ain't no last STEP OUT"...YES.

I’ve watched this so many times, and still cry every time. It’s so overwhelming in the best way. That line about no last STEP OUT… straight to my heart

In fact, this is the quintessence of all their songs about their struggle for their dream in spite of all standards, other people's opinions, haters and everything else...

I consider them part of my family.. I've never been so attached to anyone in my life.. 😢❤

Yes, I feel the same way. I have sons their age and I enjoy their achievements as if they were my sons. They are like family to me too

STAY on deck. We are tearing up. Stray Kids, came a long way from trainees up to now. Stray Kids worked hard putting their all into their creatived process. We are so proud of Stray Kids and they're staying true to themselves and to their STAYS.

Some things that have been consistent throughout Stray Kids' existence......buses, elevators, keys, breaking glass, and more. Those things have appeared in quite a number of their music videos since Hellevator.

yea... I like how they always get back to their fundamental lore images and situations

It’s a reminder of everything they’ve been through and how far they have come. I think when you’ve watched all of that, that is what causes such a hit to the heartstrings. Combine that with them saying they will never stop and it certainly prompts some complex emotions. I imagine it did for them too.

I felt the exact same way. I was completely unprepared for how emotional this made me when I realized all the imagery they hearkened back to. This video was masterfully done and I am so excited for this comeback!

I think it's a celebatory "look back" like "Look we did it" The Kids from back then, who didn't know where the Hellevator would go with them, ltierally managed to put a few more Levels on the very same building carrying them to adventures they might haven't thought of or only could dream off "back then". And a Felix singing on a Group track? Lee Know too , both of them (I suppose all of them) trained their strength and what they ones though of as their weaknesses more and again and again. I think we're emotional because we remember it, maybe not all, unless you really were here since pre-debut year(s) but even if you came in as Hellevator was new ish or another Video from couple years ago that's now "back then". And they remember them from "back then too" and they probably still feel like "I am who, I am what, I am not, I'm you!" but each and everyone of them and their Fans grew (up). I would think we might get emotional because we see actual Kids turn into young men. Even if the core is still the same Kid they were "back then".

I feel tearing up too because our boys is grown up so much ... And all their sacrifice is become successful now.. feel proud to them❤️❤️❤️

The cinematography of this teaser was so beautiful. From the color grading to the movement of transitions and of course the references! But what hit me in the feels was the clear emotions I saw in the members eyes as the remembered. It was like we got to look back with them and feel this grandiose sense of pride of accomplishment and excitement for the next advent and the future because we know that our roots and foundations are so solid and strong we can continue standing strong to who we are and that there is love supporting that. I’ll be the one bawling her eyes out when I see this live 😂 so come say hi. 😂😂

I've not been a stay for as long as you guys, but i have a very inquisitive mind, so once interested in something i like to learn as much as poss about it. I've watched the videos/mv's/skz code/talker/appearances etc. This mv made me tear up like I've never done before! The impact that these 8 guys have had on my life, in 1 year is nuts! I mean they have no clue what they've done for me! I just wish that i could do the same for them!

You expressed my feelings so well when you said you don't know where to put your emotions right now. This one is going to be my favorite on the album. I can feel it. It's emotional.
