I do love this one. Here’s a way to make the directions better for us idiots (I say “us” cause I’m sure the people you gave this to were a lot smarter than the common folks who wouldn’t think to remove the O2 absorber before adding water): Step 1: open container and remove absorber packet, throw packet away. Step 2: Either a) add 12 ounces of cool water or b) add 10 ounces of water and a little crushed ice. Step 3: allow water to mix with contents. Replace lid if ice was added and shake to mix properly. Step 4: Enjoy! I know there’s not a lot of room on your tag, and these are long gone, but for future ideas.

The Greek yogurt worked because you mixed it with other ingredients like strawberries. If you hadn’t, it may not have worked too well.

You have the greatest creative mind. I was thinking about all the possibilities for this -- blueberries, elderberries, apples etc. and I do not drink milk, but the coconut milk should work too - works here to make up a drink like that. How about red white and blue ones in layers for holidays - or pumpkin for Fall. More -- love your ideas.

How to get mac n cheese reconstitute. Make a rue. Add milk or cream. Stir until thick. (This is a base sauce for many recipes, a Bechamel sauce) Add cheese until melted. Stir continuously. Feel free to use velveta, too. Do not over cook, or the cheese sauce will "break" (separate) cooked noodles to desired firmnesss. Add noods or freeze fry them separately. If you weight the trays you will know how much HOT HOT H2O add back. You have to let it sit a little longer unless you

I have freeze dried Mac and cheese using canned or homemade cheese soup. I reconstitute with milk, and it is great. The trick, for me, is to make sure the cheese is completely melted and blended into the soup base (I make a roux and add chicken stock and milk, then add shredded cheese once it starts to bubble... then whisk continually until the cheese is fully incorporated and the soup is a pourable consistency.) I cook the macaroni and mix it into the cheese soup, leaving it a soupy consistency, and then freeze dry. I do not bake the dish, so I can reconstitute to the sauce consistency we like. Good luck... hope you find a method that works for you!

Thanks for the tips, I am not really a fan of mac and cheese as I always find it kind of bland. I really only tried it because a viewer had asked me to. But, I quickly lost interest with my failure, lol

Thought...after you draw your circle on the cloth could you fold it in half, then in half again, then cut? That way you don't have to do the whole circle. :) Also, wonder if you can put the discs in blender with a splash of water and more ice and making it like a thicker shake? If you try that please let me know how it works. Also, hate brain freezes. LOL Thanks for the video.

I LOVE this idea! I bought everything to do them, and have tried 3 times. They all fail. What am I doing wrong? I have a batch in there now that has been drying 30 hours and the moisture meter still says 30%. How long do they normally take? I am supposed to deliver these today, and I hope I haven't invested in something that doesn't work. I'm doing them at 125 degrees. HELP!!!!
