You are the best and the desserts you made look simply beautiful. You are very artistic and your patient are deeply inspiring me. I have made many of your non- bake cheesecake recipes since last Oct. All of them turned out so yummy even though my cheesecakes were not picture perfect but got very delightful taste. My family all enjoyed so much. ホワイトチョコが割れなくて｢あっ｣ってなってるのがなんか可愛かったです…！ 作ってる音が心地いいのでいつも寝る時に見させてもらってます✨

Remember when every family could cook and made beautiful desserts and meals, and didn't buy pre-made food. Everyone should try to cook meals as much as possible. Yes, it is nice to have a "treat" and buy something to make your day a little easier, which is perfectly fine. But , young people need to know how to cook or else they simply will run out of money and be very unhealthy. This is what has happened in America, obesity and poorly trained young people, that think they deserve to purchase treats everyday. HidaMari is the example we all should aspire to be like.

Crepe cakes look soooo fiddly to make but man oh man are they delicious! My favourite was a matcha cream crepe cake I had a few years ago - I still think about from time to time...

It's definitely worth practicing and making it urself. ☺️ I have learned to make some of these more complex desserts just to have them, since I would need to travel to have them at a shop/etc.
