The thing that impresses me besides the attention to detail is they never scrimp on anything. In the states you would cut into it and 3 berries would tumble out. 😒

Looks like heavy cream and powdered sugar which makes whipped cream and they iced it with the cream, piped the mound on top with it, and the added more cream to make it looser and poured that on top to make it look “melted” so it’s all whipped cream.

@@lexies.layers Aww kinda disappointing. I was hoping the thick gloopy mixture was some kinda marshmallow cream or something...But I’d still eat this even if everything was made of just cream frosting.
