2 eggs
Sugar - 3,5 oz / 100 gr
Corn starch - 1 oz / 30 g
Butter - 1.8 oz / 50 g
Strawberry - 5.3 oz / 150 g
Cream 33% - 6.8 oz / 200 ml
Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
Profiteroles:
Water - 8.5 oz / 250 ml
Butter - 3.5 oz / 100 g
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Flour - 5.3 oz / 150 g
4 eggs
Strawberry - 5.3 oz / 150 g
