Begin with the crust:
12 golden Oreos
2 cups unsalted mini pretzels
1/2 c butter
1/3 c sugar
Clouds:
3-8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 tbs vanilla
Pinch of salt
Zest of half a lemon
8 oz whipped topping
Strawberry topping:
1 lb strawberries
1 c sugar
2 tbs cornstarch
Zest of half lemon
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sliced strawberries
