Strava retired shoes | Key info and why?
How I manage my shoe rotation inc key info regarding shoe lifespan, weight, size etc. very useful especially when researching new purchase.

Yer the north face racing shoes are a pain for rubbing. I had to wear mine down and harden up the skin a little for beachy. I loved the carbon plate feeling in my pros but the are known to rub. I saw the update to their racing shoes this year and i think they havent changed it. Good luck on saturday, hope it all goes well

I use these for social use walking, jogging pick up kids from school etc so not worth tracking miles as non Strava activity linked.

@@tomharvey-run Gotcha. I have had a couple of pairs & really enjoy using them but has to be firm trails as lugs not up to any mud!
