Nice quick-n-dirty first attempt. Everything one needs, able to be placed wherever they need it. Still holding out hope for "Freely Place-able Extractors", though. Maybe once my laptop *FINALLY* gets back from repairs, I can try my hand at it myself. Seriously, seeing the modding community start to take off like this and not being able to even play the game sucks.

Thanks so much for the comment. Unfortunately, the container labeled as "contraband cache" is purely cosmetic and doesn't provide any shielding from scans.

Another mod for my loadout. 👍 For some reason it's not showing up in my outpost builder.

Thanks for the comment. My current thought right now is that it might be the load order. If you have something ahead of it that's related to outpost building, this creation might need to come after that. I'll run some tests.

@@JRamosWorksGaming Not sure if Darkstar manufacturing has something to do with it, but I did put yours under those. Since yours is a newer mod it's under all the others I have. Not sure why it would conflict since yours has a separate tab though. I don't have any mods that mess with the section tabs.

@@cliff4876 Very weird. Yes, I can have it on both the top and bottom of the load order and it still shows up, even with Darkstar. I do know that the new tab does share one common file to just identify all the tabs, but since you have it underneath everything, it should show up. Maybe try deleting it and redownloading it again?

Id like to see a mod that stops all the ship junk from transferring when you sell a ship. I cant tell you how many times Ive been ship hunting only to find that all my ship parts disappeared because my hold has 100 barbells in it.

I'm trying to find the code to 2 things: 1.) The code that runs when you enter a system (for a scan) so I can change it up to just avoid a scan entirely (going to be a Tech skill "Heatsinks", or as Equipment not sure yet) -- and 2.) The code that removes a digipick when you pick a lock (( I want to have a % chance to not use a digipick - aka not "break" one - the higher your Theft skill is )) 🤔 But I've tried finding them to no avail. *sighs*

Thanks for the comment. I totally feel you on trying to figure out the pieces that will help you reach your goal. Not sure at all where to find those pieces, and a lot of scripting and functions is native to the game and are not external files.

I'm sure there's probably a function list somewhere on the internet, but the handlers (maybe the Quest forms?) on area entry and stuff like that - my goal may not even be possible right now. Who knows.... currently will stick to simple edits and try to learn as I go ^_^ Anyways great videos as always, I love watching your ship builds too

Is there a mod that makes it possible to have unlimited engines and weapons without it having the error pop up ?

Thank you so much for the comment. That's a very good question. I do believe the ship build system needs to have at least one power in them just to be placed on the ship, to be operational. I think the best that can be done at this time is have at weapon/engine only cost one power point.

How about access to vendor chest? I find it more fun to get unlimited resources through the old method. All the new "cheats" are just spam the take button for unlimited resources. I dont have the hardware to make a mod. But if i did it would be my first one id make. Please help if you can.

Hahah...undo what Bethesda did to make them more hidden? Digging through the creation kit, it looks like they're just invisible chests that were placed in locations that are not close to the surface. *shrugs*

Thanks so much for the comment and question. From what I've learned from people that have encountered this issue, you can either move it around the load order to see if that helps, or they have deleted the creation and redownloaded it. Hope that helps.
