Its a known bug Goofy. If you don't save the squad prior to going into battle and select from saved squad menu, there is a chance the game will put your toons in random placement. Very aggravating.

Wow. That's the first time I've experienced it. Im glad I did in this video though because I was like what the heck!
Maybe they got mixed up with the milestone and wanted to use Out of Time for points instead of in War
