Sadie really gave 120% for this episode. She'd written letters to everyone and resigned herself to her fate. She was so ready for Vecna to take her. To listen to the dark thoughts in her mind. The lyrics of the song, "I'd make a deal with God, and get him to swap our places" and Max thinking about Billy seems to imply she wishes he could be alive right now. Even if it meant she wouldn't be. But when she thinks about things that make her happy, her friends, all the wonderful memories she has, she decides to run. She decides to live. Really glad Mike and Will have finally started to reconnect after the rough start this season. Too bad their moment was interrupted due to a home invasion.

People must have a short attention span. It’s not that complicated to follow. The Max flashbacks were actually how she broke free from Vecna. She remembered the love in her life over her trauma/fear/guilt and was able to break free from him. Vecna even looks at her running away like WTF?

That whole final sequence was the perfect metaphor for mental health, people being consumed by a darkness. Only the power of positive thinking can get you back into the light.

Positive thinking isn't at all what it was talking about, depression isn't something that can be "positively thought away," because with depression positive thinking is damn near impossible. But it shows the importance of support, friendship, and healthy coping mechanisms like music. The importance of having someone there to cheer you on, be there for you, and to be there for others when you're able to. To have someone's shoulder to cry on when you need it

I took it more of the feeling of love and care trumps everything. Positive thinking can be impossible for some people afflicted with a mental illness.

Sadie Sink's performance in this episode was amazing. Noah Schnapp is the youngest of the kid actors - he's still 17 whereas the rest are all 18,19 & 20 and It's been 8 months since the end of Season 3.

this is definitely my favourite episode

OK... So hopper had the guy hit the ring portion of his manacles and bend it to an oval, allowing him to slip them off. His foot was damaged but not broken. And the 40k price tag was due to hopper offering the trust money to Enzo to free him/setup the getaway... Also, the one-shot during the house shootout is amazing as well...

Come on, random agent man saving the guys scene is perfection. Overshadowed but perfect.

Glad they are showing much more of Lucas and Max. Lucas and Max should get their own show!

Alaska and Russia isn't that far apart, but Russia is also Huge! So it depends upon how far into Russia Hopper is.

I gotta say the Argyle scenes were very much needed levity in this season, for sure.

We saw Vecna at end of S3 appear in the upside down. I swear most people forgot this.

@@Purtle Final episode of S3 it shows the skys of the upside down pick up an orange glimmer and we see a face similar to Vecnas show up doing something. Not a very long moment but I swear I saw it.

@@BoostedEcho I believe its in the last 5 but I would need to rewatch the last episode of S3 to be sure. I remember seeing the Upside down getting a bit more orange and seeing a face similar to Vecna showing up as the last foe fell.

I don't know if it fits the channel content but I hope you play "The Quarry" cause it is not the typical play that you play it is more like a film but the event or ending will change depending on your choice like whether you kill that guy or let him be, because you can talk to each other what path you will choose. I think the genre is action/horror game hope you play/react what "The Quarry" is.

That doesn't make sense. He sees them, their trauma, knows what they've done in the past. He didn't let her go, she ran away and he's not bothering her anymore because she has changed through that experience, she definitely doesn't think about joining Billy anymore.

@@bambina5604 true true, like why pursue someone who's already made up their mind/ ok now(mentally), when there's a looot of people who also has some traumas(some just as dark as max) which vecna can easily come after. also(still not finished/just finished the dive EP.) I think vecna would be at least cautious/ wary about max and her groups cuz of how max got out from there with their help, but I'm not sure cuz I'm not done watching yet.

Dude the thumbnails of some videos are way to open about deep secrets of whatever the vids about. Someone straight up listed the video about Black Clover about "Lillys big secret" showing a picture about what said secret is... i think they mainly do anime content but have expanded out to more type of content which is pretty cool
