UK travel vloggers Live the Dash race across Europe - we travel the length of Europe without planes from Reykjavik in Iceland to Valetta in Malta in 10 days.
We take a backpacking journey across Europe by train, bus, and ferry, and discover Europes hidden gems along the way. Discover the best of Europe without ever setting foot on a plane. Travel Europe by interrail and interailling by train. Backpacking Europe.
In episode one, of our journey across Europe by train, bus and ferry, we go on an Iceland road trip on Icelands famous ring road, an incredible Icelandic road trip starting in Reykjavik, the world's northernmost capital city and a vibrant hub of culture, history, and nightlife.
A road trip around Iceland is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore the country's stunning natural beauty, from glaciers to volcanoes to black sand beaches.
The Ring Road in Iceland is a 1,322-kilometer (820-mile) loop that circumnavigates the country, offering stunning views of glaciers, volcanoes, and lava fields.
We drive from Reykjavik to Vik, Iceland, it is a picturesque village on the south coast of the country, known for its black sand beaches, towering cliffs, and dramatic scenery.
We continue our Iceland holiday and visit Hofn. Hofn, Iceland, is a charming fishing village on the south coast of the country, known for its black sand beaches, glacier views, and delicious seafood.
We show what the driving conditions in summer in Iceland are like. This is a scary driving experience in Iceland.
We drive to Djupivogur a small coastal town in East Iceland. Our final stop in Iceland is Egilsstadir in East Iceland.
We were driving the ring road in Iceland to catch the Symril Line ferry from Iceland to Faroe Islands to Denmark in bad weather. The Smyril Line is a ferry connecting Hirtshalsi in Denmark via Torshavn, Faroe Islands with Seyðisfjörður, Iceland.

It was one heck of a journey. Dipped our toes in so many places, we will have to go back and re-visit!
You should definitely come to Australia and do a road trip here (Cairns-Brisbane or Brisbane-Sydney are good ones if you like warmer temperatures for UK standards), a loop around Tasmania (Hobart-Queenstown-Strahan-Cradle Mtn-Burnie-Launceston-Freycinet-Hobart if you like colder temperatures). Unfortunately, things do tend to get a tad expensive in Aus., but your channel sure would make a good platform to help others budget travel while in Australia.
Love your vids! 🇧🇧
