    Thank u I got it very quick with these tips. Just for anyone reading if you understand the lean and the back roll the raising your legs becomes effortless. One more tip.. press into the floor.

    It depends on the condition of the wrists and how intensely you peform the exercises. You can do daily work if you lessen the intensity and stop whenever you feel a problem in your wrists. Do a search on our site for autoregulation (we can't do direct links here on youtube comments) and that will help explain how to change up your daily training as needed.

    Solid pancake and solid straddle leg lifts with hands pushing down hard into ground (butt on ground). Also, something that I like to do is roll forward and through side splits from pancake to help with better flexibility.

    It'll be amazing if you did also some tutorials about headstand and forearm stand...i think they are a good propedeutic for getting the handstand
