I love your long videos, Marta. I've always loved them, and those long chatty videos are what made me fall in love with who you are and your channel. As usual, your page is gorgeous 😍 ! I love playing with your images, and I'm feeling so creative lately thanks to your books, and clearly, I'm not the only one! What you have done is so huge in this crafting world. So huge! And yes, this typewriter font is also a favorite of mine. I think it's because it's vintage and reminds us of book pages. I always go back to that font, too!❤

Love it! I didn't even notice the bats being the wrong way up befor you showed it here, but the images can be just turned upside down. They don't hang from the branches like in nature, but it still works. Ppl who don't know about bats etc won't even notice. You could add a small bar of choclate or something like that making us believe that fairy was eating that.... Yes, I like that font. Sometimes you see quotes in a beautiful font, but some letters are then 'too weird' so the quote is hard to read. Also when they make them way to small it's hard to read them, there are a lot like that in the quote books by Art by Marlene. So I rather have a whole book of quotes and sayings in a font that is easy to read, than half of it unusable because the font is too hard to read and I won't use them. Can't wait for your book of words, don't make them too big or small, but sizes that can be used on all size papers without them being to small or big, I know you know what I mean 😉

I absolutely loved this video. I purchased most of your books and I don't even know how to collage. I have been wanting to but with no magazines to get images I found your books to be a great alternative. I just LOVE how you did this in real time, step by step. I love the large page and can't wait to see you do a double spread. With videos like these it gives me true hope that I too can create. The fairy book is what got me hooked and I'm not even a big fairy fan! Animals are lovely as well especially those owls! . Can't wait to see what you have next? Cute witches for halloween??? I’ve been saving all the cut offs from my fussy cuttings because there’s so much to work with in your collage books for the background and more!! You’ve truly got me thinking and looking at everything differently and using what I have already in my studio. ♥️🙏🏼 I actually made an order from your shop last night and had thought about getting a couple of your sayings pages but didn’t. Now I get to look forward to your new book even more! Splash away woman, I use the same calligraphy ink and it’s,perfect. Nothing lazy about it. Work smarter, not harder eh? 😉

Exacto blade (surgical blades etc.)❤ can scratch glassman. Even tempered glass mat. Best to stick to mat your using.

I thought it was just me getting excited of a book marta.my hubby bought me a book from pound shop.after me moaning I looked inside the pages are thick and really nice.so I apologised and sent him to get another for my fairy's and houses.so thank you lol

At first I planned to purchase 3 books....but one book is even more beautiful than the other. So now I have all 9.....oops. It is so satisfying to create a story on paper... wonderful. And while I always hated cutting out pictures... In all those years, I have never cut as much as I do now in 1 week. And I actually like it too. LOL....

Beautiful page Marta! I was fussy cutting flowers from Botanica and Flowers books while watching. It was nice listening to your process while I was cutting away! I'm looking forward to the book of quotes. The font you're using is awesome, very vintage. Maybe some of the quotes could be repeated in a different font, like script maybe? The page I'm working on is not a 'happy' page, but it reflects something I'm going through, and I hope I'll do justice to you beautiful images! Have a nice vacation with family!

I love my glass mat! The knife seems to flow more smoothly. I recently got the new Tim Holtz recoil scissors and they make fussy cutting easier for me

About the hair, I try to find some drawing material, in the right colour, and fix the hair, as well as dots or too small flowers, shoelashes. In order to give her a standing, it's enough to put a shadow or a thin small line.

I don't know where reviews are?? But I love books so much I found thier easy to get out from centre not like other books.but variety is great price marta is affordable.and I'm pensioner so struggling yet I find price affordable.yes I want that crafting knife that's next.but every bit extra I get I help out my son with 4 kids.its cost of living I used to buy 2 boxes of cereal for my kids yet he can't do that yet he works 7 days aweek.its really bad for everyone.god we had it alot easier in my day.i feel for everyone.

You say in your book that we can not copy your images? I would love to copy the backs of your images because those pages are gorgeous also and would make a great backdrop but if I use those I would not be able to use the images on the other side. So, I am asking to copy the backs. Thank you Linda

You can do anything for personal use. You are not allowed to copy for resale of books or single pages. But you can copy for your projects and you also can sell your projects if you used the papers in it ✂️📚🩵

Do you seal your work with any product over the top?

I'm northern ireland I'm happy to buy some of your old gesso .medium.i bought white gesso but it's runny not like yours the other I purchased wS clear so if you got loads I'm happy to purchase so.e lol seriously.
