I’ve been waiting for this, since the original announcement over a year ago. It looks so much fun. I like the simple aesthetic and the feel. I’m going to be ready for release tomorrow at midnight :D

Oh I found out that this game is published by Annapurna who also published Neon White who Steve Blum made an awesome review on it.

In the absence of Scribblenauts games, this one definitely fills a void. Looking forward to it!

It makes it look like a choose your own adventure book, but many of the reviews I've read/heard said it's more of a puzzle game, as the player has to discover what the developers thought was the right answer. I was looking more forward to a choose your own adventure book than a puzzle game.

This is either created by the same team or inspired by a small indie game that had the same structure. It was at least 10 years ago. I'll see if I can find it later.

Daniel Benmergui (the creator) has been working on this game for over a decade and it had multiple versions and artstyles

@@germanleal that's him! It's also called Storyteller, released in 2008. I think it was a flash game. Super interesting, which is why I still remember it.

​@@germanleal thanks This automagically made it less interesting so i dont have the urge to buy it. Flashgame as a word makes everything somehow either nostalgic or absolutely uninteresting.. esp when its a Port of a game you can still play in Flash to some campacities with free legal tools.

It's a lot more puzzle solving than exploring, the demo was fun but some of the puzzles were very specific.
