Hi, the color fades away but the bleach stays. However, you can always reapply some new color and eventually, you can either grow it out and cut it or just rock the hair!

Yes, the more you bleach, the lighter your hair will become and the better your color will show, so she bleached her hair to get the perfect ruby wine shade. understand this, if you do a wine color on black paper, wine will not look like wine, but if you do the same wine color on white paper, it will show up as it is. My hair was medium brown from some previous red colour that faded off, and I did Ruby pink, for me, it worked quite really well. The colour was not that vibrant but it was subtle visible pink. Did you maybe not apply enough amount of colour or didn't wait for long enough?

@@PhDincriminilogy did you use enough amount? Because if you don't, the colour won't be visible. And what about the time you kept it on before rinsing it off? And maybe it's just different hair type

@@anniemannie6 i used a lot. I get my hair colored all the time. This was 8th time. I have used their orange , pink and red color as well. They showed well but these color do show up easily but blue and purple don’t. I have used other brands blue and purple hair dye and they showed up really really well.
