I love to say that since I was a kid, gardening is one thing that I love to do. I love touching the soil with my young hands and plant vegetables and other crops. The first plants I planted as I remember were sweet potato, cassava, taro, string beans and bitter gourd. I remember (read replies)

being mad at my mother when she harvests my plants without my permission. Nonetheless, I'm so happy when she makes delicious dishes with those and serves them on the table for us to eat.
