8:45 fried catfish is good. I can't get my mind off grilled catfish, with rice, and a side salad of chopped up tomato and onions, and maybe some steamed kamote greens, and a side dipping sauce of bagoong monamon. And while eating with your bare hands. Oh gosh I miss this kind of dining experience.

Dear friend, Im so happy and excited each time I watch your videos. Im married to a Filipino and our plan is for me to retire and we move to live in our house in Cebu. I really cant wait!!! Your episode cooking catfish is fantastic . Brings back memories of my many travels to Indonesia for holidays. One of my favorite foods was very simple. Pan fried catfish with slices of cucumber, tomato, and cabbage served with white rice and spicey chili paste called sambal. I would eat this every day if I could. I have found the more simple and fresh the ingredients the more delicious and nutricious the food. And it goes without saying, the best blessing is in the quality of the company with whom you share the mealtime. Peace and many blessings to you and your family
