And fascinated ako sa way of cooking na iluluto kung anong available lang at nakikita lang sa paligid. Ang magaling na cook/chef ay kayang gumawa ng masarap na pagkain sa kung ano lang ang available. Resourceful ka lang dapat and creative sa presentation.

Amazing cooking technique! While wrapping those milkfish with aluminum foil, you also covered it with mud. The resemblance of those fish covered with mud 7:53 reminds me of a giant "kikiam"! Savour that mouth watering taste of "pata" also wrapped in foil with mud then grilled directly on the fire ember. A two thumbs up to the culinary expert like you.
