This & 'Dead Sky. Black Sun' are my favourite Warhammer 40k novels. Graham McNeill just knows how to write pure horror.

After chatting with the club lads today about it, I dug it back out along with all the others you mentioned.. few chapters in already lol back then I painted an Iron Warriors army after reading them... I feel it may happen again lol

Funnily enough it got me wanting to collect Imperial Fists

Quick question: Would this book be suitable for a (nearly) 11 year old boy who likes lots of pictures to illustrate the words? Thank you. Ps. He liked the stuff in your book cases behind you, but not a great attention span (yet) for all 16 mins so apologies if you covered this later in the video 😄

It's all text so I don't think it would be in this case. It is full of action and while it is violent it's not particularly graphic so i don't think i would be an awful book for an 11 year old to read. There are some Warhammer comics out there which might be better

I don’t believe so - I only saw a bit of the animation from another site. Imperial fists and iron warriors are pretty regular enemies which is funny as they both love sieges so much :) Thanks for mentioning the name - I’ll make sure it’s credited in the description.
