The best 1/12 scaled MK figures ever! Really excited for the next figures down the line: Reptile and Shao Kahn!

5:24 the fatality Sub-Zero is awesome! 👊😎

Idk Sub-Zero's height, but if I recall both him and Scorpion are 6ft 2, so Spider-Man being 5ft 10, and most of the Power Ranger cast being under 6ft, I'd say Sub-Zero is at an acurate scale. Wish I could say the same for sooooome figures, for example, Wolverine is 5ft 3, so he should actually be standing right around Captain America's shoulder. Ryu is only 5ft 9, so interestingly enough he should be shorter than Spider-Man, Predator is 7ft 3, so he is definately in scale with Sub-Zero. So in conclusion, it is definately an amazing figure!

the predator figure is in 7 inch scale (whatever that scale is..not important). and while this figure might be in scale with the other figures, that only means they are all out of 1:12 scale. depends if you want 1:12 or just relative scaling. thats what i was getting at.

***** Ya, for me I like my figures to match their heights in the comics. Like I will get a Marvel Select Hulk and put em' with the Marvel Legend Avengers and he looks good. It would be nice however if they started making Marvel Legend figures into 7 inch figures, just cus a 6 inch figure is just sooo small. It looks too tiny in my hand and I always feel like they're too fragile.

The only issues I have with Sub and Scorp are the heads. With the plastic-looking mask, their heads look too small, but with the cloth masks, they look perfect.

These MK figures look fucking amazing! They need to do more characters from MK

Remember the original MK figures from way way back? Goro was awesome but far too small to fight with my random 6" figures

Great review Anthony!!! I have both Sub and Scorp sitting in my pile of loot just waiting to ship. I got the exclusives with the blood splatter paint and I can't wait to see how they look in hand. I'm definitely going to get Reptile and S.K. and I hope we get all the ninja. We should since they are basically just repaints with some character specific accessories. I really want Smoke as he's one of my favorites. I'm super excited to see just what this line has in store...

Guys, I have recently purchased a Subzero, and have been moving him in action poses and stuff, leaving the figure in that pose for a couple days then I change it into a different one. But I have realized, and maybe that's just my figure, that after a few days some of the leg joints and a little on both arms were not as tight as I would have expected. Heard wonderful things on how they articulate awesomely. Now I'm kinda disappointed. Have you ever heard anything like that happening?

Good review.. Sub Zero is supposed to be a lighter blue but no biggy.. I take issue in the ice blast.. Its supposed to be like Ryu's hadoken with 2 hands.. Not a deal breaker but he shouldve been better.. Scorpion's paint came out perfect but sub zero is too dark

I would get it, but Sub-Zero is the wrong blue. This would be like if player 2 also picked Sub-zero. For the price it's going for, I'm not willing to overlook that.

I LOVED mine at first, I had Sub-Zero and Scorpion, but Sub-Zero's arm ended up falling off and wouldn't go back on and Scorpion's parts would continuously fall off and I couldn't find them. It's hard for me to pose them a lot after awhile I think, they're perfect the first time around but too much use or if you, uh... try to play with them (not like I did of course!) they'll break into pieces

What is the material of Ninja Vest? Soft plastic? Rubber?

So I'm thinking about getting one of those ninjas (Sub-Zero, Scorpion,...) and to make my decision easier, I thought about asking you, which one has the best accessoires and the best pack overall, because I never played the games so I don't have character preferences. So to get to the point: Should I get Scorpion, Sub-Zero or should I wait for reptile?

Hello Mr Anthony... subzero and scorpion are the best of all and the price also very expensive... but the QC pretty bad... my subz and scorp shoulder joint very ease to pulled off... is it posible for us to remove their blue vest to the body of other ninja..lets say rain .. can we pull the belly just like street fighter? I never try this before

This one is out of production but you can preorder a mk3 subzero with the ninja costume

crazy...lol ...lets design some shin guards then an awesome character says no one ever...im gonna bet that the character was designed first then the guards for armor that would be my guess either way ....keep doing what you do... good vids bro

They need to find a solution with the issue you mention. The elbows dont look good on them bcoz the rest is way too nice to have that kind of holes. I hope they get some other licences always nice to have another good company out there .

shao kahn looks amazing!. Also I think the storm ryu looks better than the upcoming figuarts ryu. The Figuarts Ryu is just way to skinny for my taste.

Ryu is the only figure out of that line i'm not feeling. His chest and arms just look too thin. Chun li, Cammy, and Rashid all look great though.

if it can be hidden behind the shin armor.... otherwise a full ball hinge ankle is the best. comparing that to the crap we get from hasbro which is neither hidden nor remotely anatomically correct.

These are SMALL figures that are EXTREMELY expensive going from $300-$500 CAN on Amazon. Geeezus!! I got my Neca Raphael TMNT 1/4 scale for $250 with way more quality and detail than these. Now THAT was a good deal as the Raph is going for $350 now. These MK figures are great but wow, they should NOT cost over $100....the prices are crazy, to be honest.

When they first came out scorpion and sub zero were $50 bucks only when noob saibot came out is when they Jack the price up to 80 for the rest of the mk2 ninjas I think reptile was the last 50 dollar figure I don't remember I lost the receipt for it but I'm pretty sure when noob came out is when Storm rise the price

I don't get why you're complaining about these being too tall. Last time I checked not everyone is going to be six feet tall, so why should these be exactly 6 inches? Sub-Zero is listed at 6'2" so these are only a few inches off. (He'd be closer to 6'8" or so) Maybe actually learn what 1/12 scale is and do some fact checking. You probbaly get 1/6 scale wrong too.

Oh I will say this tho, the figure is inaccurate due to Sub-Zero's eyes. I don't remember them ever being white, neither in the games, comics, cartoon series nor in the movies, they were always brown. I'm not a die hard fan of MK, but I mean I was a kid in the 90's, MK was everywhere.

Peter Borak Woulda been nice had they made the figure like that, rather than painting the eyes a straight white. It made sense for Scorpion cus well he's dead.
