Excellent video. Thanks for the information. My wife and I just purchased 7 acres of land, and firewood is an industry I'm looking to get into. I work two jobs and I'm never home. Starting my firewood business will allow me the opportunity to earn income and be home more. Do you have an email so I may ask more questions?

That squealing noise in the background makes your video hard to watch!

Actually I told my mobile phone provider that I do not like paying 25$ + 13% tax a month so just cancel my phone. Four days after it was disconnected they offered to provide me service for 20$ + 13% tax for a year. 5$ I know is not much but 5$ x 12 months is 60$. xD

The advice was fairly solid until you advocated lying to your potential customers (if they were unsure of purchasing then whether its true or untrue, tell them you're busy but if they're still interested in a week or two you'll make a deal.). What happens when your clientele sees this video? If I was buying a product from someone and saw a video online from them advocating lying as a technique in business, why would I trust anything else they had to say? If you have a good product at a competitive price point, you don't need to play mind games. Word of mouth spreads, advertising brings in customers, and I'm sure you could give them a plethora of positive references. Is the extra profit worth lying to people?

You said you would not be able to deliver to them in a week or two and it's not true. I think that is where he is saying the unnecessary lying takes place. Might be better worded in business terms something like. " Just to let you know our inventory level is always fluid and we have a lot of customers. This means we would have to be flexible in the availability of the product" It sounds a lot better and it's not lying and it maintains the integrity of the company and sounds fancy. Also, the false statements on social chat rooms just to gain more sales in shady. Truth is if you're that hard up for sales you need to reconsider why you're in business. Telling the truth will in the end run gain you more loyal customers then being shady. Doing the money inflation game to really give the customer no discount is also shady and not needed. They post a comment on facebook which is word of mouth and the fastest advertising give them the 5 bucks off. The amount of goodwill and sales you will generate far exceeds that amount.

He literally said in the video and i quote "Lie to them or anything you need to do, say it is going to take another week EVEN if it isn't true"...but all businesses do that, my problem is when you pay people to leave comments...so all your comments are not real reviews and people can find that out very quick and once your brand is known to get fake reviews, that sticks with you

Not a business model I want to follow...Lying never is justified...not negotiable...and no matter how much you keep trying to justify your high prices you are simply greedy and taking advantage of the people for your gain....you'll never see my dollar! Thumbs down!
