Field trip wit Riply & Maverick!
This was their first time in a store with us working around triggers like strangers. We always start with warm up exercises to ensure good manners by enforcing rules and creating clear expectations. The same structure and communication that we practice at home is used no matter where we go! The consistency sets them up for success as we gradually increase challenges. Instead of pulling obnoxiously or panicking, we can guide them calmly around new people/items. They did a fabulous job and even received a few compliments along the way.
