I love the idea that you can go in a shelter but why they can't provide food or water for ppl who can't.

This is why it's a shelter because you are giving careful support to the people he's telling you bring your food and something to eat people don't keep food up looking for a storm come on man some don't even have money to get around buy far much less food it's an emergency support system send out your peoples. Mr. PM show up some love in SVG
