I finally realized this a few years ago. I decided I didn't want to be a slave to my urges. As I gained more self control, it became clear to me that women don't want to be looked at like that. I never understood how this negative effect with porn works. I've been looking at/ watching porn for most of my life, literally from I was a kid. It's never casused me to have erectile issues, AT ALL. I actually learned a lot of things from porn that I use in the bedroom, and girls seem to like it. For my own reasons i spent over 10 years of my life involved in the mental health field and its still going on today. The one clear thing Ive learned is that it's complex. Far complex. A Berkley Alta Bates Neurosurgeon (Brain) once said the same thing to me about how just complex the human mind is. If it was simple, nobody would have trouble quitting smoking or things like that.
