Stop Taking Fish Oil!

Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acid, and many physicians including cardiologists have recommended it to their patients for years as there may be some heart protective properties consuming these fats. The problem with fish or supplements is that they oxidize very quickly and then do more harm than good if ingested. Also, it is not clear how much omega-3 supplementation we need. Our balance of omega-3 to omega-6 is certainly not ideal anymore. As hunters and gatherers that ratio used to be 1:1, today it is closer to 20:1 omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids.
I recommend to decrease your consumption of omega-6 rich vegetable oils and instead increase animal fats in your diet. This way you shift the ratio naturally in a favorable direction and do not need to risk buying oxidized supplements.

What the research says. Research on the use of fish oil for specific conditions shows: Heart disease. While research shows that people who eat dietary sources of fish oil at least twice a week have a lower risk of dying of heart disease, taking fish oil supplements seems to have little to no benefits to heart health.Research indicates that omega-3 supplements don't reduce the risk of heart disease. However, people who eat seafood one to four times a week are less likely to die of heart disease. High doses of omega-3s can reduce levels of triglycerides. Omega-3 supplements may help relieve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

It's very simple. Omega 3 are all destroyed by light and heat. If you want to introduce Omega 3 in your body, make sure it is protected from light & heat. The best option in my opinion is eating oysters because they are always cold and protected from light. If you dont like oysters, go with raw fish.

Tell the full story man. Those “animal fats” can be full of omega 6 that cause inflammation. Factory farmed animals don’t consume the grass and get the sunlight they need to produce quality omega 3 content in their meat product. Pasture raised eggs have really good omega 3 in the yolk, don’t buy ordinary white eggs even if they say “cage free”. And don’t over cook the yolk, eat them runny or semi runny.

I adjusted to the maximum dose without getting pimples. However in the last year I starting having short breath, bloated feeling, excess of mucus, and my Cholesterol skyrocketed. Neutrophils count went down. It seems that my body was finally fed up with it. Stopped Omega and symptoms started improving after two or three weeks. From my experience it is obvious that it is a very safe and excellent supplement, but as anything it can be bad in the long run, specially if you push it. Imams have told you that the Quran has been perfectly preserved... except the Quran ALSO says this: Quran, Surah Al-Hijr v 9 We have, without doubt, sent down the Message, and we will assuredly guard it from corruption. Quran, Surah Al-An'am, v 34 Rejected were the messengers before thee: with patience and constancy they bore their rejection and their wrongs, until Our aid did reach them: There is none that can alter the words of Allah. Already hast thou received some account of those messengers. Hadith Sunan Ibn Majah number 1934 - Book of Nikah: Suckling an Adult?!? It was narrated to us by Abu Salamah Yahya bin Khalaf from A'la from Muhammad bin Ishaq from Abdulla bin Abu Bakr from Arah from Aisha. It has been told to us Abdurrahman Ibnul Qasim from his father, from Aishah, she said: "We have sent down verses regarding stoning, and the verses of suckling and adult ten times. The verses were under my mattress, when the Prophet died we were busy with bodies, until the birds came in and ate it." Hadist number 25112 It has been told to us Ya'qub said, it has been told to us from our father from Ibnu Ishaq who said; it has been told to me by Abdullah bin Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Amru bin Hazm from Amrah bin Abdurrahman from Aisha, the wife of the Prophet shallalahu 'aliaihi wa sllam, she said, "really, the verse of stoning and suckling and adult 10 times were revealed. The verses were written on a paper under my bed in my house. When Resulullah shallaallahu 'alaihi wa sallam was sick, and we were busy because of that, termites came to our house and ate the paper. Sunan Ibn Majah vol 3 book 9 Hadith 1944 Narrated Aisha, "The verse of stoning and of suckling an adult 10 times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept under my bed. When the Messenger of Allah (SAW) expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a GOAT entered and ate away the paper. Either Allah is lying or he is not capable of actually doing what he says. Either way, he is a false god and your Imams have been lying to you. RUN! Ask Allah if Jesus is who he claims to be. Allah can not lie about Jesus.

For many years, I have been taking omega-3 pills daily. My levels of triglycerides are about 86 mg/dL. As we know, Omega-3 helps a lot to improve TG levels, and in my particular case it seems to have paid off. However, I prefer only the better products and avoid the cheap ones. You can choose either without supplements or with. Supplements are important in my opinion because they are very practical and can counteract against omega 6, which is very strongly present in all foods anyway, in order to play an anti-inflammatory role. And that certainly is very very important.

This is why I only take Norwegian cod liver oil wild caught. Must come in dark bottle and not be in capsules. It does wonders. It makes you alert and alive and you do feel that cloudiness goes away. I’ve felt tiredness, sluggishness; brain fog and cravings goes away immediately when you intake it. Not everyone is a fish person and there is no way most people are going to eat fish every day. That’s why it’s important to get the things that you would otherwise miss. We need a daily amount of vitamin D and A.

That’s even worser. Omega 3 in capsules are way more beneficial then the pure oil delivered in bottles. The latter one once opened starts to oxidise, but capsules don’t oxidise or take much longer to oxidise since they are en encapsulated and protected from oxygen. If you want a high quality omega 3 product then I’d recommend one with the IFOS label. They test the products quality such as oxidation, purity of the product

Damn this man is Fine! If he’s over 60 and looks like he’s in his late 20s I’ll be taking his advice or just amazing genetics!

@@JonasKuehneMD 55 WHERE!?! Please…. Drop your skin care routine (your skin elasticity still looks like in the mid/late 20s). What do you take internally that’s not vitamins/minerals in pill format. Favorite dishes you stick too and do you do like Pilates or more HIIT exercises?

Health is like religion. It’s not so much a solution, but a process aimed at improving lives. It’s when dogma takes away from the real purpose, that real problems arise.

If it is from a good source with third-party checks and quality control, then it has benefits. The point of the video was that a majority of store bought brands are rancid by the time you buy them.

@JonasKuehneMD I agree with you. I bought a bottle of omega 3 from the internet and finished. Didn't feel anything whatsoever. I'm gonna stick with natural products
