    Cheers for this, I've been looking for "can stuttering be fixed" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Rincaas Stammify Blocker - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

    Amen bruh I just want to get rid of my speech disorder or impediment, having it is so dogshit, like my speech is good and everyone can understand me but at the same time I want it to be the best speech, best pronounceation, best vocabulary and so on. I need it man, can't be living like this for the rest of my life.

    I am a 34 year old stutterer and am pleased to say that this actually works. Not overnight, but gradually makes the speech better. I have noticed improvements since I have been using this. But to be honest, you have to firstly accept yourself as a stutterer, only then these type of techniques would work. If you are still trying to dodge scenarios because of your stutter, then it may take longer for you.

    I wasn't a stutterer, at first. I was very "vocal" in school but my voice sounded weird. High-pitched. When I was teenager, classmates mocked me. They said I sounded like Donald Duck. I didn't enjoy the mockings, of course -,- EVERYTIME I talked in class, they would quack in unison. Without my knowing it, I began to hold back from talking. It happened so fast. Within a year, I was and still am a stutterer. It was like EVIL HYPNOSIS that I had to go through daily at school. I hope this works....

I practiced in a mirror that helped with the feelings if embarrassment and shame or fear that I may stutter. The worst is when I have to introduce myself. Just know all have something that doesn't always work right. Practice and get over yourself. Take pride in everytime you don't, retrain your brain with success as opposed to starting failures. Is it compulsory to meditate while listening?...and are headphones compulsory?

  • @hallucinati

    @hallucinati

    3 жыл бұрын

    Headphones definitely are. Binaural means two sound sources that are different. Each ear must hear a different side because the sounds are slightly off pitch from one another, creating a "third" or "middle" or "phantom" tone that your brain perceives. This is supposed to induce a "theta" state by stimulating the brain to operate on the theta wave frequency. It is said that experienced meditators or yogis are operating in this frequency range. The normal state for most people uses alpha waves and such. At least...that's what I heard. Not an expert here.
