A tinnitus (ear-ringing) patient is expected to listen to the video three times a day for consecutive 90 days. The play volume should be a comfortable volume to the patient.

As introduce in the Nature paper "Multisensory attention training for treatment of tinnitus"[1], "Tinnitus is the conscious perception of sound with no physical sound source. Some models of tinnitus pathophysiology suggest that networks associated with attention, memory, distress and multisensory experience are involved in tinnitus perception. "

Following the above principle, auditory and visual integration is used by this KZread video to provide a temporary relief to tinnitus or ear-ringing.
The ocean sound is modulated by a specific waveform that can help re-organize the neurons of the auditory cortex, which may help reduce tinnitus for patients.

Seems ok. My tinnitus reduces but after several hours it comes back again and shifts to the right side of my brain. Will listen again tomorrow to see what happens.
