    We’re all embarrassed about having this problem, yet we forget how common this problem is. Listening to this in a parking lot because my anxiety isn’t making it easy for me to go into the store to get food for my chickens 😑 Suzanne, your channel has been a huge help ❤

    Sunday was the first time I have seen my family (40+ people) in over a year and a half. I was nervous, scared, and anxious. SO, I searched social anxiety and this session was recommended. I don't think I have ever exuded that much confidence. I was chatty, engaged, light hearted and just... happy. Thank you!

    I don’t often take the time to leave comments but this material well and truly warrants it. This is cathartic. I entered this video, allowing myself to be open, and the most amazing things have been happening lately. It’s astounding what an impact it has had. I truly believe receiving positive affirmations whilst in a suggestible state (delivered so well- may I add) can reverse years of negative automatic thoughts.     This is crazy. I really wanted to get hypnotised so i laid down and then it just took me with you. It was like a lucid dream and when i put that anxiety into that root i started bawling my eyes out and sweating like crazy. Then i was lighting the tree on fire and it became even more extreme. I feel so light and free now. Thank you so much.

    I am truly grateful for this video. I gradually improve my social anxiety, and now I am less and less anxious when I go out and see people. I have a question though, is it normal that I do not remember at all during the session? I probably remember only the first 5 - 10 mins. But as soon as I am counting down the stairs, I completely black out! Anyway, appreciate the video so much. Thank you!

    I watched this before sleep (i didnt sleep about 26h) it was my first time, i just listen these words and my legs started to feel so heavy ( but i feel good) , idk what happen, then i wake up i was more happier then was and more self confident , ty gonna watch this everyday.

    This is some serious bliss before finding this video I was very much ready to give up on everything I'll be returning to this video every day from now on thank you so so much for this you may have very well saved my life tonight ❤️ I'm a 23 yo guy with awful parents that ruined my education and personality and now that I could find a decent job or even have enough resolve to keep an underpaid one they are threatening to kick me out of the house but anyway I think this will be of much help for me to mend my social anxiety so I can get out of this place

    If I saw a client one on one we would work on the underlying reasons the client has social anxiety, we would do deeper work. The session is also more than twice as long, and a lot of people find they go deeper into hypnosis when with a hypnotherapist. There is more to it as well, lots of benefits to seeing someone one on on one, but this is enough for some people. Everyone is at a different place in their lives and coming from different experiences. Someone might have mild anxiety and someone else may have severe anxiety and experienced trauma. I hope that you enjoyed your session with your hypnotherapist :)

    Hi, I am sorry you have been struggling with social anxiety for so long, you can try this and see if it helps to retrain your mind to have a different response to being social. I can not guarantee that it will work for you, but you can try and see. It is so different for each person. No harm can come from trying :)

    I listen to these kind of hypnosis and they work the next day then I dont listen again for a while and go back to my old self I need to be more consistant

    I’ve always been skeptical of this but I have to believe that what has been drummed into me for the past 22 years, then maybe forcing other things into my head can reverse it. Have people ever really cured this disease?

    I am always tensed in ftont of others. I talks a lot to others. When it comes to go in ftont of others i am very tensed. I want to stay positive and wants to achieve greats in life. Will everytjing come to normal and will i be able to enjoy my life. I want to be happy jusy likr my friends. I too want to enjoy my life. I want to make memories. I does a lots of activities.     Yes you can! But I recommend focusing on one thing that you want to change at a time. So I would chose ones that are working on the same thing. I hope that helps :)

    Hi, it is possible that you need to do deeper work around what is coming up for you. With hypnotherapy we have suggestive therapy, what I have here on KZread. Which is helping you to get into a state of hypnosis and then listening to and taking in the new beliefs, with the goal of these new beliefs over riding the old. This is enough for some people. If it is not enough, what will happen is you will feel good for a while, until you get triggered, until something happens that brings up deeper feelings you are still holding that created what you are trying to change. When this is the case we will usually do deeper work to get to the root of what is causing the trigger, what unresolved emotions you are still holding onto that is keeping you stuck. We are able to release that in many ways, but regression therapy is the best most direct way as you go back to the source and release the emotion. Then most people find that it now sticks and they are able to make permanent change.

    100% after day 1 you feel a change but if you stop you will return back as ive found out in the past

    Hi Grime :) You should not have to listen to this forever. You do need repetition and consistency because that is how our subconscious mind makes something automatic. If you can really feel the good feeling during the session that will help to make the shift happen faster.

    Hi Suzanne, would this be ok to listen to when falling asleep? I suffer from social anxiety, blushing and avoid building any relationships. Am 61 and struggled all these years. Thankyou from the UK

    I actually prefer it without music myself. The music is to help drown out any outside sounds when listening, to help you get into it more. When I don’t add music people say they want music lol. Maybe what I will do is create a version of each since it’s a simple thing to do, I did that with a few on my channel :) Thank you for your feedback and I am happy to hear you are enjoying them :)

    I would listen daily for more than 21 days. I do also have a program I created That I believe is better than this suzannerobichaud.podia.com/overcoming-social-anxiety-hypnotherapy-program, but try this for a bit and see how you do. It is a different experience for everyone because we are all coming from different experiences.

    I enjoyed this, but I felt the part when you were talking about the trunk, you were talking too fast, it was bringing me out of that deep relaxation. Just my opinion
