When trying to achieve a goal, you're going to have great days full of motivation and positivity and days where you can't get yourself to do the most simple tasks. We are our own worst enemy, letting in negativity and fear based thoughts that take over any piece of positive thinking that we are holding on to. I have felt this way too many times to count.
