Great video. The only issue is that I ended up shopping after watching. However, I now realize investing in quality products is much better than fast fashion most times. Thanks for the tips.

I can’t do carryon only because I bring an almost empty suitcase for souvenirs. Then I put the souvenirs in the carryon coming back so I don’t lose them. If I can’t shop at least once on a trip I am not satisfied. I love looking thru food markets in foreign countries. I always bring back a few cans of mushy peas from England as I can’t find them very often. World market has them sometimes.

I do understand !! Lol. 😅 I usually do carry on only these days ,but if my trip is gonna be mire than a week ,I really can't as not all accommodations have laundry facilities ,& finding a laundromat near by is not that easy even if you try booking your accommodations for that ! And you cannot trust Expedia, etc as they put false info which screwed me up my last summer trip to Wales / England !! And it takes your precious time doing laundries !! I use 1/3 of my luggage for souvenirs ! You can ship some ,too ! It's very smart of you doing that with carry on as luggage get lost/ stolen !! I always put my necessities in them on planes !! Becareful with hotel's luggage hold ...I was so~shocked my brand new Victoria's secret underwear/ bra ,one piece from Amazon ,real nice ( not brand new ) cut/ citting tops ,etc were stolen for doing that at a hotel ( Jury's Inn ) in Cardiff ,Wales !! My luggage had gone somewhere else in the past,too !! A long time ago. It had happened to an old friend of mine ,too ! 👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞

The most complicated part of carry on only travel is the liquid restriction 😂 I've been on 2-3 week trips the last few summers with my carry on sized bag, and the main reason for checking it has been the liquids issue 😄

I usually do carry on only travels if it's for 5 to 7days !! But ,the last summer despite my knowledge, I brought 2 carry on size luggage to Wales/ England 🇬🇧 LOLLOLLOLI'll regret it FOREVER !! I was moving like a turtle with those on the stoney roads there & Brits were staring at me ,some made fun of me ( on a train ) !! Lol. 😅😂💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞

I like fashion and choices, but really, isn't travel about EXPERIENCES ? Plus, other then your travel companions, you won't see these people again, so what if a local notices that is the same dress, etc. ;)

I don’t dress for other people on vacation or at home, I dress for myself. Fashion is a form of self-expression for me. And my experiences while traveling would be tangibly worse if I had to fret over which of the same 3 boring outfits mixed with slightly different boring accessories I allowed myself to cram into a tiny suitcase before the carry on cult of minimalism kicked me out. So I check bags for free with my credit cards and enjoy looking like myself on vacation instead. I have never once regretted bringing “too much” according to others, and I’ve been to 6 continents.
