This is old footage from the start of April I think. He's been playing Lars most of the month and is in blue ranks. All this Jin footage is also (if I'm not mistaken) all from the same day, his first time touching the character in a bit.

Gosh I really want Namco to add some sort of "Request Endless Match" feature / option at the end of every ranked set, so we can actually decide whether or not we want to keep fighting somebody for more than just two games like in T7. Although that might mess up the ranking systems and what not, maybe it could be exploited also so idk.

Something which helped me with slow fights sometimes on NVIDIA cards, turn off "Resizable bar" it cripples the game. All my issues went away after that.

Go to the community tab in the Tekken menu. Click profile and you can edit your profile with your main character even edit their "pose" as well as there outfit (or any customs you made) ect that's where you use the poses, and additional background name cards ect

Your comment about people thinking these characters are God Tier... its not that they are god tier.. its the fact that any scrub can get on and act like they are God Tier by just smashing buttons is what makes most people frustrated. Especially, in Eddy's case.. is behind a paywall and you cant lab against him.

The not labbing part is dumb, I agree. But the ability to "feel like a god" by hitting buttons ends swiftly the second you get some fundamentals. Seriously, just spend a few games exclusively blocking/playing defensive, you'll start to see massive holes in people's offense. I am mid purple tier on 3 characters so I know what I'm talking about

I beat Eddie two out of the three times I fought him. I actually don't see him as often as I was expecting. All mashers so far. I'm jumping over their heads with Lili and they are doing strings across the whole screen in the wrong direction. They literally had no interest in using any type of pokes. I don't know how they made it to Purple...oh wait, that's right you can't lab the character without spending money.

​@force5926 it won't unfortunately, at a high lvl the game is basically a casino every time you press a button with the odds skewed heavily in the mashers favor. Everyone knows their optimal cheese and none of it has realistic counterplay, so press until you get a hit first to win

@force5926 what are you calling higher ranks? I used to try and play correctly from T5 to T7 and honestly I have got the whole cast to Blue Rank just being a belligerent idiot. This is the whole thing that I hate about Tekken, for some reason everything is according to the God like comp scene level of play, I don't have the time to grind the game that much, and even if I did I doubt I would be able to do well in the true comp scene, I just used to play Tekken because playing 'properly' used to be so rewarding where if you defend and make reads now it just feels like you're surviving against death rather than you're setting deadly traps, it's actually far more viable now to be ignorant and challenge frames etc. Sorry not into pretending we're super good at fighting games, I'm decent but it is what it is Tekken is now masher heaven, throws track, parries are basically fucking pointless and any character that had depth now also has braindead mode. It's trash.

I'm decent at Tekken, I know the game and it's masher heaven, there is no good reason not to be a belligerent idiot, even if you look at pro play they're just swinging with control now, the mind games are all attack fake outs etc. It's masher heaven let's not pretend otherwise and be fantards. They should just do a vanilla mode, take away heat, even Rage, stop throws tracking and maybe make parries worth doing again, I'd play the shit out of that mode.
