    Confidence is something I am striving to improve upon. I used to believe that being confident meant having a big, unhealthy ego. I really like the self-talk statements that you mentioned!

    Question: Does fear of embarrassment count as a discomfort that you have to face? I love doing things that make me uncomfortable, but I'm always scared something happens that embarrasses me or someone else. That moment sticks with me for months!!! And I hate when that thought of that embarrassing moment won't leave me alone when I'm trying to go to bed-

    Oh gosh that’s tough and I’ve been there (replaying the moment) but I think embarrassment that you replay is often about shame, and shame is based on thought distortions that can be overcome!
