I need to stop reacting or responding before it even happens and whatever happens I shouldn’t lose my emotional focus towards him! I have to allow God to take control and accept his favor. I am blocking his way to get into my heart by constantly worrying about something that’s not in my control but his! This word helped me to see Gods purpose for my life and also how I continue to push him away out of fear or expectations that I’ve created instead of using his word as my shield. Amen!

I'll tell ya, i barely knew this guy's preaching but I've been praying to God for guidance in my next steps in life, and one morning, right before I woke up, right on that cusp of waking, I internally heard "Steven Furtick" and have been listening to his messages, and yeah, God wants me to hear. I love what you just said, it is two very different things. Why, because it shows God knows before we come to him we are NOT at all prepared. So his call would NEVER come if that were the case. I was too familiar with fear and rejection throughout my entire life that this year, I allowed it to be continued until several months ago, when I had to realize that I wasn’t receiving any favor because of my familiarity that I lived in. While listening to this lesson, I realized that I've been creating chaos and frustration because that is what I've had 95% of my life since I was 3 and I am 52 now.

I am right there with you. Idk how to fix myself anymore. I have lost my kids due to being overly emotional and no one can help me.

I have over 20 years of not acknowledging god the way I should have or reading the Bible. Still attended church once in awhile and praising God very infrequently. Now I'm back with my first love. But Satan has from what I feel god has spoken to me. Devastated my family. I fear god and nothing else. I'm occasional afraid but I push it down because god has no rival. God prepares a table in the presence of enemies. But I feel insane. So I put it at gods feet where it's always been only before I didn't know. Now I try to always walk in Lord Jesus foot steps. Amen Pastor Steven may god bless you and have you in his favor. I will finish with favor. Amen !!

Man ..I gotta admit ..God is speaking to me through this sermon after two years since it had been preached ..I am 22 years of age ..I'm in my process & familiarity seems to be the very thing that's on repeat in my life..But God's goodness ,grace and mercy just won't allow me to settle for less than what He called me to be ..I receive the Favour of God by faith upon hearing His word .. Amen 🥳💯

I will finish with favor even if it looks like darkness is going to win.

God I surrender my soul, my heart, my mind, my job, and my family into your hands for Thy Will can be done. I can not continue to pray about our struggles and then allow myself to continue to worry and be afraid. You know what is going on and You are working things out for all in your Glory, Mercy and Grace in Christ Jesus Name, Thank You Lord Jesus Christ Amen

Until this year, I've never been truly religious...but 2020 have been an excellent year because I now understand the immeasurable favor and mercy of the Lord. I now strive to live everyday that the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it, and give him all the glory honor and praise. I thank you Lord for giving meaning to my life🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
